We take care of the entire lettings process, including marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, and move-in, which helps make everything easy and stress-free for landlords. Terms and Conditions

1.1 A referral fee of £100 will be paid once a landlord is referred to Open House Bolton, instructs us to market their property, a tenant is found, and a tenancy starts. We will make the payment within 14 days of the tenancy start date by bank transfer to a designated bank account.

1.2 Referrals that do not lead to a successful tenancy do not qualify for a referral fee.

1.3 There is no limit on the number of landlords an individual can refer.

1.4 The referral fee applies for each landlord. We can pay multiple referral fees for multiple successful referrals.

1.5 The referral fee is only payable if the landlord was not known to Open House Bolton or was not already a client at the time of the referral.

1.6 If a property is owned by two or more parties, only one referral fee will be paid.

1.7 This referral scheme does not establish any contractual relationship between Open House Bolton and the referrer. Open House Bolton reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time without notice.
