Refer a New Landlord and Earn £100

Do you know a landlord looking for a reliable lettings agent? With our Landlord Referral Scheme, you can earn £100 when you introduce a landlord to us and we successfully find them a tenant.

Terms and Conditions

1.1 The referral fee of £100 will be paid once a landlord has been referred to Open House Bolton , subsequently instructs us to market their property, a tenant is successfully found, and a tenancy has commenced. Payment will be made within 14 days of the tenancy start date by bank transfer to a nominated bank account.

1.2 Referrals that do not result in a successful tenancy do not qualify for a referral fee.

1.3 There is no limit to the number of landlords an individual may refer.

1.4 The referral fee applies per landlord. Multiple referral fees may be paid where multiple landlords are successfully referred.

1.5 The referral fee is only payable if the landlord was not previously known to, or already a client of, Open House Bolton at the time of referral.

1.6 Where a property is owned by two or more parties, only one referral fee will be paid.

1.7 This referral scheme does not create any contractual relationship between Open House Bolton and the referrer. Open House Bolton reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
